Terms & Conditions

This SenditTUBE Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which SenditTUBE  ("we" or "our company") offer services to you ("Customer" or "You"). By registering for or using SenditTUBE services, Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Send Your Video Services.

Our Services are available only to individuals and business entities (including but not limited to sole proprietorships) in good legal standing that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Customer hereby represents and warrants that it is duly licensed to do business and is in good legal standing in the jurisdictions in which it does business (during the term of this Agreement) that it is not a competitor of SenditTUBE, and that the person agreeing to this Agreement for Customer is at least eighteen years of age and otherwise capable of and authorized to enter binding contracts for Customer.

2. SenditTUBE and editTUBE Services.
All editing services are agreed to be final when delivered to Customer, any re-edit must be re-submitted as new order.

3. Win $10,000 contest
When submitting for free mobile phone editing (free contest entry not requiring purchase), we do not guarantee your video/photo's will be posted online, all photo's and videos are reviewed first for interest of public viewing. If your photo's video are not accepted to the free $10,000 contest, we do not contact you, it is your requirement to logon to check out your video, invite your friends to check out your video, top click share, when share is click one million times, you then are awarded $10,000 prize. You may enter different video and photo content as often as you wish. If your video is not accepted not being posted online, we suggest you enter additional different photo and video content.
